While I was home the banana's in my backyard were going OFF! I was lucky enough to be able to get two really big bunches cut in the short amount of time I was home. The bunches were so big I had to divide them into fours and give them away....there is no way I can eat that many ripe banana's before they go yucky. Normally, I would hoard them....bake tons of banana bread and freeze the rest for smoothies :)
